During your consultation, your nutritional therapist will take you through an in depth medical history questionnaire and use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns.
The initial consultation process involves the following:
Pre screening questionnaire and diet / lifestyle diary form to be filled out prior to consultation
Face to face or Skype consultation, 90 minutes
Thorough analysis of information received during consultation. Relevant research carried out and nutrition protocol constructed
Plan e-mailed to you within two working days
Follow up phone call to answer any questions you may have and ensure that you are happy with the
Follow up appointment organised for 6 weeks time
Follow up appointments:
A follow up appointment is recommended around six weeks after your initial appointment
During your follow up appointment, we will reassess your original symptoms and discuss any changes to your health.
Using this information, I will make adjustments to your plan if necessary
A follow up consultation is up to 60 minutes
Your plan will be e-mailed to you within two working days
