Nutritional Therapy

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy is a form of complementary medicine which involves the application of nutritional science to support the biochemical imbalances within the body that can lead to ill health.

What we eat and drink has a huge impact on our body on a cellular level.

Our food choices can influence the function of the body, protect against disease and restore health.

Nutritional therapy will empower you with the knowledge and understanding to make these positive choices and changes.

Nutritional Therapy is not a replacement for medical advice.

Who can benefit from Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy is for anyone looking to optimise their health and wellbeing. Nutritional Therapists also work with those with both chronic and acute health conditions. Nutrition and lifestyle approaches to healthcare have been shown to support the health of all the major systems of the body (skeletal, muscular, nervous, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, excretory, endocrine, immune, reproductive and integumentary [skin, hair, nails]).

Nutritional Therapy can support those with many different health concerns, including the following:

  • Digestive conditions (IBS, bloating, food intolerance, celiac etc)
