Womens Health
Women's health physiotherapy is a specialist branch of physiotherapy that focuses on the assessment and treatment of conditions related to the pelvic floor and women's health. This can include a wide range of conditions, such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, prenatal and postnatal musculoskeletal disorders, menopausal issues and sexual dysfunction. Our Women's health physiotherapist Kasia will utilise a range of techniques such as pelvic floor muscle training, biofeedback, and manual therapy to help alleviate symptoms, improve function, and promote optimal physical health and well-being. She works closely with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to women's health care. Our Injury Prevention Screening helps identify these limitations and provides a clear path to overcoming them. The service includes a 60-minute comprehensive assessment, evaluating joint function and movement patterns.
