Lorenz is a qualified, accredited and experienced physiotherapist and sports scientist, who currently works at NTT every Wednesday, and also for the Ministry of Defence (MoD), where he helps soldiers and other personnel recover from musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries.

Prior to his engagement with the MoD, Lorenz worked for the NHS, and he has completed several rotations including orthopaedics, respiratory and medical wards, intensive care, falls clinic, mental health, neurology, and community work.

Lorenz has also been working in private MSK clinics since 2015. He has been treating both members of the public and top national athletes competing in MMA, rugby, boxing, rowing, CrossFit and athletics.

With a dual accreditation and qualification in both Sports Science and Physiotherapy (both at Masters level), and extensive experience, Lorenz can aid his patients’ recovery with passive treatments, such as joint mobilisations, manipulations, acupuncture or deep-tissue massage; his focus remains on movement analysis and progressive exercise rehabilitation towards a symptom free and independent way of living.
